The holidays are festive for most people — lots of parties, food, friends and gift-giving. It’s the perfect time to stengthen existing relationships, rekindle connections and to send a note of encouragement to those who need it. My wish for each of you is that you have a safe and enjoyable time. As you reflect on 2011 and New Year resolutions, don’t foget to create your strategic networking plan.
