Juliette Mayers (May-erz) is Founder and CEO of Inspiration Zone, a strategic consulting firm specializing in Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Strategy, Brand Management and Thought Leadership. When it comes to diversity and inclusion, she is unapologetic about her business-focused orientation. With 30 years of leadership experience with Fortune 500 companies and large not-for-profits, she helps organizations create diverse and inclusive environments with built-in accountability.
A trusted advisor and confidante to CEOs and senior executives, Juliette uses her influence to position brands for DEI success in the global marketplace. In addition to leading her award-winning consulting practice, she motivates and inspires audiences through her keynotes and workshops on unconscious bias, inclusive leadership, strategic networking, personal branding, and women’s leadership.
Juliette is host of “Entering the Inspiration Zone,” a podcast for business professionals seeking positive connection and professional development. Her work has been called pioneering and innovative. She is the recipient of numerous awards and has been featured in Forbes, WHDH, WCVB, CBS, Advertising Age, Boston Business Journal and The Boston Globe.
Juliette is a member and contributor to Forbes Coaches Council. She is a fellow at Simmons Institute for Inclusive Leadership.

Juliette previously held corporate leadership and executive positions at GE Capital, Bank of America, The AdClub Foundation and Blue Cross Blue Shield. Her consulting clients include a diverse mix of global organizations, not-for-profits, and some of the largest industry associations.
